A people who each uses the preamble to the US Constitution to secure personal pursuit of happiness both for posterity and for now.

National liberty, won in 1781, was accepted in 1783: now, a people may each establish personal civic autonomy.

Purposes for discussing the theory: Review; discuss; learn your opinions

Perhaps a people emerges in Baton Rouge. With progress, a people shares beyond Baton Rouge.
