The Subjugation of Men

To my surprise, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, I ponder the infamous political topic, “The Subjugation of Men”.

Leonard Cohen’s haunting song “Hallelujah” addresses the mystery of a man and The God in phrases that escape yet inform the humble listener. Cohen pronounces “jah” with the English “y” instead of the Hebrew “j” as in “jar”. Hallelujah, a phrase/sentence, expresses gratitude to The God, whatever it may be.

Some say The God is love. Cohen captures David’s surrender to desire in the lyric “But all I’ve ever learned from love; Was how to shoot at someone who outdrew ya”. See https://genius.com/Leonard-cohen-hallelujah-lyrics to guess how a man may preserve autonomy.

Kamala Harris made Election Day 2024 a test of the subjugation of men. Her joy over the everlasting power of attraction, which enables crafty women, would facilitate victory even though Harris's political performance is ruin.

Meanwhile, some men oppose Trump over their take about his private life. How does a man establish the ineluctable truth about another’s privacy? How will fascination with Trump-privacy aid the curious?

The authentic man perceives that monogamy for life, unto his grandchildren and beyond, is in his self-interest. The authentic woman protects her ova from promiscuous men. I think the Trump family understands these 2 principles.

Everyone knows human being (verb) plays one fiddle, if the intention is beautiful music.

Someday, we’ll know how the 2024 election turned out.
